The messages that help most:
- Bug reports — ideally with a minimal JSON snippet that reproduces the problem and the browser you used. (Never send confidential data; a reduced example is enough.)
- Feature and tool requests — the roadmap (converters, code generators, diff, schema tools) is prioritized by what people actually ask for.
- Privacy questions — see the privacy policy first; anything it doesn't answer, ask directly.
Response time
This is an independent project, not a company with a support desk — replies usually happen within a few days. Clearly reproducible bug reports tend to jump the queue.
